  For paying 300.00 plus the keratin treatment should not b like this the second day & it’s still frizzy & it has no shine whatsoever. I’m very dissappointed. Michelle confirmed that the frizz would not b there after this treatment but she was wrong. Many of my friends get this treatment done by Dominicans and it last 6 months but me that I like JCPenney & trusted Michelle it did not work.

  Took two kids here on Saturday - jawdroppingly awful. Asked for fades for each, and unbelievably two different barbers gave identically awful haircuts. So bad that on Sunday, it was fun paying to have them fixed before school on Monday. Speaking of Monday - called and left lengthy message asking to have a return call. There are pictures to share with management, so assumed a return call would be forthcoming - it's Thursday and no call....if I could give 0 stars, I would

  I enjoyed every second of my appointment! I had Julie who was very attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to! Hair color came out beautifully and I would definitely recommend her for anybody who is interested in getting their hair colored or even just cut! Thank you Julie! Will definitely return for my next hair dye adventure!

  I came in with my gf, we are extremely pleasant to deal with, I’m an sm in retail and I have learned how to and how to not talk to my customers. No matter what they may say, right off the bat the gentleman in his 50’s, salt n pepper hair with eye liner was rude and dismissive to us. All we said was hi and that we were looking for someone who use to work there. We were asked her name and once my gf said she doesn’t remember he replied “well if you don’t know their name your not going to find them so if that’s all your looking for I guess we’re done here” and began to walk away. An argument ensued between him and my gf. We left and as we were leaving he followed us out saying how wrong we were and how he treated us like anybody else. If that’s how you treat “all customers” well then have fun closing up shop! I trusted my gf as she said this place despite the reviews were well serviced. 😒 Needless to say I’ll be cutting her hair for now on 🤣
