I felt robbed. didn’t even get my hair styled! No wash, no products, nothing. The stylist seemed new and nervous, barely blow-dried my hair, and didn’t finish the style at all. When I called to talk to the manager, she didn’t care one bit. the manager, she didn’t care at all and told me, “Well, the prices are on the board behind her — you could’ve seen that too.” So unprofessional! Instead of taking responsibility, she was rude and dismissive. Horrible customer service. I’ll never go back to this location again and will definitely be warning my family, friends, and followers not to waste their money here. This is considered “style” I called the corporate office, and they were much more understanding, professional, and actually cared — completely opposite of how this location handled things.

So, a senior man, i ended up with spike looking haur style. She had to correct it 3 times to end up with a descent hair cut. Still spike but shorter. Additionally, on their voice message it says that haircut for seniors is $17.00. I was charged $23.00. I’ll never step in Great inClips franchise again.
