- CGCal GalApr 5, 20265.0Willow cut my hair a little over a month ago and I’m loving my haircut! She took her time to make sure both sides were perfectly even and was patient and did a perfect job. I got a one length cut of 3” off with subtle face frame. She listened was kind and I have a great haircut! She intuitively added point cutting to ends for finishing and I love 💕 it. She focuses on quality .Highly recommend her at Great clips.

- DDDigitsFeb 21, 20261.0Couldn't check in online because the wait was over 2 hours and the system told us to walk in which we did. We went to the store and signed in and the lady at the counter said we would receive a text message about 15 minutes before our appointment. The system never saved our information at their store. The phone system did get our information and messaged me to receive notifications. We never got the follow up text message but we were in town still and stopped by to see what was going on. Turns out the system completely kicked us out and the only other option the employees gave us was to wait another hour. I understand it would not be fair to cut in line which it really wouldn't be however to just blow us off and that was our only option is not good customer service. They could have given us a free haircut coupon or tried to make it right by squeezing us in then or something instead they decided to lose a customer. Which sucks they are very good at what they do for the price but in that moment they could have done much much better.

I've been a GC customer for probably 20 years and I'm always satisfied with the service...no matter the location. Granted, my hair style is not complex and I go every 5 weeks for a simple cleanup cut, but I always walk out feeling good about the cut. With my "numbers" in the system, each stylist - no matter where - knows what I prefer. Now, I don't necessarily feel like the TV character Norm when he walks into Cheers and everybody yells his name because they know him. Still, it's a nice visit. Feeling chatty? The stylists will oblige. Don't want to chat? The stylists are all business. Now - if I could only get a lifetime supply of those $9.99 cuts. :)

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
