- KHKari HookDec 31, 20251.0The staff in the State Collge store were very rude. I approached the counter to purchase a gift card and both young girls looked at me disgusted. Neither offered to help me . I asked to purchase a gift card. The response was how much?. I told her was handed a gift card without a word. I will never enter this store again. Im not sure who manages this store or who does the hiring but I did not fell comfortable entering or shopping at your store let alone asking for help or advice. Please rethink your choices

Bitchy sales people in sephora register didnt want to help me. Wow last time I purchase sephora gift card in the store! To be clear Kohls sales people in rest of store fantastic. Maybe they should take some lessons from them.
