  This was my first time using a Hair Cuttery location and this store's whole staff came through. They had lost power all morning and had regained it just before I walked in, so the front desk was incredibly busy making calls and what not. Despite all that, I was attended to promptly. My stylist, Bey, took the power outage frustrations in stride -not letting it affect her professionalism nor her skills. She was friendly, thorough, efficient, and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I felt very well taken care of!! I would definitely return to this location for other services. Since I was getting my hair colored, I had time to chat and observe. It was very clear the staff have great relationships with their clientele, as well as great care for each other. My one disappointment: the salon's choice in music. More specifically, their distinct LACK of choice. It was upsetting to learn that the staff have zero control of what music is played in their salon. This may sound like a trivial issue at first but hear me out. They hear the same playlist daily, countless times a day. It's a known phenomenon that even the greatest hits get annoying when overplayed- I can only imagine how annoying and distracting it would be to work with the same songs in the background every day. Blocking it out all day -that's energy that one could instead put towards any of the other various responsibilities of their job. This seems like a simple fix so I do hope this can be remedied and salons can have a big say in what music is played.

  Tanya did an amazing job! Beautiful hair cut, gave me everything asked for, friendly and fast service and always answers any question and offers suggestions when I need it. All around she makes the experience enjoyable and comfortable!

  I absolutely loved the customer service, the hair cut and thoughtfulness put into the finished product. I will be a returning customer. I’ve referred my daughter and will let my friends know. Kudos to Crystal!

  I made a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon for Saturday at noon. I had no experience with a stylist at this location. My stylist ended up sick and by chance I had a different stylist. I ended up with Crystal! She was amazing, so accommodating, and fun. I will be back and will be sending others her way!
