They just put the phone down immediately after answering without even saying hello. For a minute I kept saying "hello?" with no response on the other end. I heard distant conversations, music, and other things in the background, but they just essentially took their phone off the hook while someone was on the line. If you're busy, why even answer the phone? Makes me wonder if they are required to answer the phone within a certain amount of rings, so they did that but straight up blatantly ignored the customer on the phone.
