- DAD AMar 30, 20261.0Warning - Advertised local çoupon not honored at Great Clips - Messina Highlands I booked a haircut online using an $8.99 coupon and selected “use now” during online check-in. When I arrived, the stylist confirmed my online check-in and proceeded with the haircut. When I went to pay, I was charged full price. I mentioned that I booked using the $8.99 coupon and was told the coupon only applied to a wash, not a haircut. However, when I checked the coupon again later, it clearly stated it was valid for a haircut. This put me in an uncomfortable position because the price difference was only explained after the haircut was finished, when it’s much harder to question the charge. Also, the tip screen started at $5 as the lowest option, which felt awkward given the confusion about the pricing and the very basic haircut (a straight cut, no layers, no blending, no evenness check from the front profile). If she doesn't want to honor the coupon, I feel I should have been told this prior to being seated. This felt like a bait and switch and because of that, I won’t be returning.

Big shout out to Elizabeth and Amanda that have done both of my children’s hair as well as mine and have always been great and I’m sure everyone else that works here is great too!!
