- JJJessicaJul 23, 20251.0Won't go back. Someone named Mandy did a hack job on my hair! Went to try to get it fixed and unfortunately it can't be fixed. Id have to get my hair cut way short to even it out. My hair takes forever to grow out so I will have this for a while! All I wanted was grown out side bangs to be blended! I feel like a person still in school could have done that. I understand mistakes can happen. But this is absolutely ridiculous. The woman who was attempting to fix it said "it looks like she gave you a partial wolf cut." I never would have asked for a wolf cut let alone a "partial wolf cut." I couldn't tell how bad it was when I left because my hair was wet. So I paid for a terrible hack job haircut, a undeserving tip and another tip for the woman who tried to fix it.... what a waste!

The male that cut his hair had zero patience, experience nor interest in cutting kids hair (which is fine, just say that and have someone else do it) my son's hair is a hot mess. It's wavy and uneven. Didn't really notice until dad brought him home as we had several people get hair cuts that day.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
