- MMMatthewDec 6, 20251.0My wife was comparing two mascaras for what I guess the “manager” deemed to be too long, so she swoops over, not asking if we need assistance or clarification but just to stare daggers at us. It wasn’t until I made direct eye contact did she say anything. I’m not an idiot, I can read body language and she thought that the two of us were trying to steal even though we clearly had a bag of items I had already purchased and more items to take up front. Pretty ridiculous behavior.
- LLLaurenMay 7, 20255.0I went into the royersford sephora in kind of a rush in need of some makeup products for my prom which was last Friday. I asked one older blonde lady to help me find some items and she kind of dismissed me like she didn’t care to look for anything in the drawers below. I had walked away a little upset and just tried to look for other products. I was near the fenty section looking for a lightweight foundation and I walked up to the front again to ask for help but this time was greeted by a sweet girl I believe her name was shalisa (idk if I’m spelling that right) who was so understanding and made me feel seen and that I wasn’t a bother. She asked if l needed help with anything & reassured me that she would help color match me for the skin tint and walked me over to start matching. She got it on the 1st try I was so shocked !! As frantic and just overwhelmed as I was over prom she offered me the best personal in service experience I have gotten from any sephora location I have been to. I would love to thank her so much for her generosity and you can see she loves makeup & working with customers because she’s so passionate and relatable. As I got dismissed by another employee she came along and made my day. Kohls you have a true GEM with her she’s fantastic. 10/10 experience I will be back and asking for her!
- XXXGXJan 1, 20242.0Not only does no one here know a thing about the items sold inside, but the inventory is laughable. Three items that said they were in stock were not and something that said out of stock had four clearly in stock. The shelves were kind of bare and the staff was obviously just Kohl’s staff and not someone actually knowledgeable. Frustrating, definitely won’t be going back.
