The staff and therapists are all so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. I will definitely be returning. If you are debating, just book! You won't regret it.

I also thought the attendant at the front was overly aggressive about asking about gratuities and asking me to vote for them as the best spa, including asking me to do so from multiple email addresses.

The estheticians and masseuses are wonderful, but it’s an overall great experience. Lots of little special touches. Robes and slippers when you arrive, a dimmed and relaxing lounge area with flavored water, teas, warmed neck wraps and trail mix. You’re also never rushed before or after so you can extend your services in the lounge.
