From the start, she was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in her work. What really stood out was her attention to detail. She didn’t rush through the haircut at all—she took her time to make sure everything was even, clean, and exactly how I wanted it. It’s not often you find someone who is that thorough and focused on getting it right. The end result was one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. If you’re going to this location, I highly recommend asking for Shelby. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This time I came in with my children and all the workers were extremely nasty since I was 25-30 minutes in after signing up for haircuts when the wait time was 0 minutes. When I asked how their system worked they had no clue and I wasn’t even asking for it to be fixed, I was just confused because how do they expect people to sign in but not wait for people to drive there so they kick them off the list? I was confused and just wanted it explained but they were too busy being nasty. They lied and said it was over an hour I made them wait when I have a time stamp on my cameras of when I left my house. I will never return. I will never give my money to liars.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
