  Michelle was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, patient, and so kind from the moment I sat in her chair. My hair was a complete mix of colors and really needed some serious TLC, and she handled it with such care and expertise. She listened to exactly what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully. When I felt like it turned out a little too blonde for my comfort, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She happily added another toner to darken it just a bit and, more importantly, made me feel completely comfortable speaking up. That level of professionalism and genuine care is rare. I left feeling confident, heard, and so happy with my hair. Highly recommend Michelle!

  Today was my first visit at Tangles. Lynn was amazing! Nailed a color match immediately. I have been with my previous hair dresser for over 15 years. So I was nervous for sure. But Lynn made everything so easy and fun. Thanks! I will definitely be back. ❤️
