Instead, the stylist chopped it up to her chin — at least four inches too short. This isn’t a miscommunication. This is not listening and not caring. Any competent stylist knows you cut long first, confirm, then go shorter if the client agrees — not start four inches too short. Once it’s cut, you can’t undo it. My wife was in tears. Yes, they offered to do it at no charge — but my wife isn’t that kind of person and paid anyway for the butcher job she never asked for. This place is a chop shop — get you in, rush the cut, get you out, and move on to the next dollar. Speed over skill. Volume over quality. I stopped going here over four years ago. After this, my wife will never go back either. Consider this a warning: if you expect to be listened to or want the haircut you actually asked for, go somewhere else.
