However when I took my daughter and asked for her hair to be cut but to keep it beneath her armpit at least, right by her shoulder blade. I needed it to be able to be put into a ponytail. And my daughter even showed her where she wanted her hair to end. Then I went over to get my hair trimmed (which went fine) however I looked back at my daughter and it was just at shoulder length. Way way shorter than I asked. I'm not sure how you can mess that up. I'm thankful my daughter wasn't too upset and that she still likes it. But I am bothered that the young lady did not listen to my request at all. My daughter and I will not be back and I may decide to find somewhere else for my son. I don't remember her name but she was a blonde that talked about her younger sister a lot.
