She smeared the shampoo on and just about touched my hair. I swear she thought she was washing an infant. There was no pressure on my head at all. I had to inform her that she didn't get the back of my hair which was still dry. After explaining to her that I have a cowlick in my bang and she couldn't cut it as short because it would creep up, what does she do, cuts it shorter. Now my bangs are lopsided, the cut itself looks like she put a bowl on my head and cut around it. I'm sorry but this girl needs a new profession because she sure doesn't know how to wash it cut hair.
