He is 2.5 and had had a few haircuts and did okay but for some reason this time he was upset. We tried to sit down in the fist Gentleman’s chair and my son was not having it so I asked him if we could wait and have someone go in front of us. Then another woman called on us and when we stood up she said “was he the one who was screaming earlier?” I couldn’t believe she said that! First off, she didn’t even say hello to me or my son, she gave me an eye roll when my son again refused to sit. I just couldn’t believe how we were treated! Not one hairstylist stepped in to try and calm him, talk to him, show him that it’s not scary. When I said forget it they all just ignored us as we left. It was humiliating. If this place offered children’s haircuts they should be kind to children a learn how to talk to them them! I am just appalled.
