I had an appointment scheduled at a different salon, where when I arrived, they began questioning the length of my hair and advised that the price advertised online, was inaccurate and my shampoo and cut would be and additional $40, on top of the advertised $30…this was for a shampoo, trim and rough dry. When I questioned this, I was treated like trash…to be honest. It was not about the money at this point, but the lack of professionalism and snarky attitude from the staff. I left upset, a little angry and quite disappointed. I decided to stop by Great Clips as it was just a few minutes away. I was greeted in the most polite and friendly fashion. I explained what I needed and was treated like I had been a client for years. Taryn, my stylist for the day, and quite possibly foreseeable future, did an incredible job of not just making a bad experience better, but giving my hair exactly what it needed!! The cut, price and company were phenomenal. Thank You, Taryn and Great Clips!!

I came back to the salon which she was happy to fix but couldn't match the side she had to cut and had to go up shorter on the right to make it look even. NEVER AGAIN. You get what you pay for at great clips, don't come here.
