I was nervous before and she eased my worries, took her time, explained everything well. She really shows she cares about cultivating a fun experience for the customer. I would recommend anyone come to Ross park and get pierced by her!!

The piercers are trained nurses, which immediately put us at ease, and the studio is incredibly clean. The jewelry selection is amazing, and the manager made picking everything out so fun with her great recommendations. Top quality products all around. Highly recommend for a safe, professional, and enjoyable piercing experience. We’ll be back!
