  Hey!! I was at this specific shop yesterday and I just want to say the people at this store go above and beyond! Tyler with a kind and caring attitude helped me and my sister in law with everything!! Tyler deserves a raise!!! She gave me and my sister in law the best experience we didn’t even know we needed!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  Was in there last week with my 6 year old and we had the BEST TIME. We frequent Lush often, both Pittsburgh locations and where my family lives in Canada even more. This was truly one of the best experiences we had in the store in a while (we always have good experiences but this was above and beyond). I’ll be honest and say it was a slow night so obviously that helped give the opportunity for a lot of one on one interaction. But the staff made my 6 year old feel seen. They listened to her and engaged with her. It was great. we spent more money than we planned because I was so happy with the experience. Well be going back soon for sure.

  Came by this morning to see what was available for spring time as I was running some pickup orders as a gig worker. I am a former Lush employee from the south of the US and still an avid shopper. I fell in love with ethics and stayed close to them even after leaving the company. I wasn’t going to leave a review about anything specifically but as I was picking up stuff from the employee a woman outside the shop began yelling about not liking the stickers in the shop window. These stickers show support human rights and state the shop is an ICE free zone inside (something that started when I was employee 5 years ago not recently). The employee on duty handled it well saying “all are welcome as long as they respect others who are also welcome! We would love to help you if you want to talk” But the woman continued using swear words and that it should be taken down. All while the employee continued to smile and listen. 😳 I was so impressed and even though the employee was shaking a little after she still continued helping me. She handed me some pamphlets from a recent campaign they have with different mini booklets on human rights and protecting them. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Lush for continuing to make me and my community feel safe against those who have been pitted against their fellow man. I came from a previous community full of people like that and it’s been better since being here. Thank you to the employee for making me feel safe and holding up the company’s ethics you didn’t deserve that start to your day

  What pleasant store! I was just grabbing bathbomb for my honey moon. Everything was full and clean. Cutest and best bath and body products. Feel great cuz cruelty free, vegan, magical. Wonderful customer service. Great set of girls in there.

  I just recently moved to Pittsburgh and this Lush was the mostly friendliest welcoming Lush experience of. my. life! Thank you, Tylerr, for all your help in picking out bath bombs and all of your other recommendations! Hope to see you there again soon!
