    I went in for a perfume and the associate there was so helpful! Walked me through multiple brands, and was super nice. I regret I didn’t get their name, but both the associates working there were super nice and helpful.

    I went in for perfume as a Christmas gift.....being a guy I wasn't sure what I was lookn for. An associate was there to help but once I said I wasn't sure what I was lookn for she seemed disinterested in helping me. I think the customer service could have been a little bit better.

    I stopped here to buy one item. I don’t shop here and don’t want a rewards account, the girl kept repeating it would be faster if I had a rewards account. It would be faster if you would ring my product up, tell me the price, I pay, and then I leave. I ended up just leaving because she wouldn’t sell it to me without giving my email. She kept saying the rewards are so great. I’m not coming back here. I’m not shopping here again. I don’t understand why she didn’t understand that. This was really confusing, I may have decided at a later time to be a customer. But for now, I get all of my make up somewhere else. They were out of it, so I came to this location. This is the weirdest thing in the world that you can’t just buy something from this business

    Horrible customer service,just because my wife doesn't look like your average make-up type woman she's been treated poorly on multiple occasions. We literally make more in one night than they do in 2 weeks, have no idea why these children think that they are better than anyone. I would pay double anywhere on the planet, before ever giving these amateurs a nickel of my hard earned money.

    THIS IS INSIDE OF KOHLS. YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE OF KOHLS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION BUT ITS RIGHT WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE FRONT DOORS OF KOHLS YOU WILL SEE IT. they have most of the products/brands as any other Sephora would all of the big brands but I do have to say they don't have everything a usual Sephora would because it is slightly smaller location. But it is nice to have access to what it does offer.
