- CMcierra mSep 4, 20255.0Kristi was such an amazing help!! I was looking for Rhode products and she helped me into the right direction! She was very outgoing and welcoming. The few products I got she recommended and I love them all so far. It wasn’t too busy either and everyone was very friendly.
- JBJ BAug 31, 20251.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Came in asking for a tint, was shuffled around to a few different associates. She took me to a few other options after the first one was not to my liking and apparently that was an inconvenience! Everything I was looking for I needed a shade match for and not once did she match me she just looked at me and picked up a color. I was given few option and zero kindness. Once I found one, they were out of the shade which is not her fault, but right after she had no problem color matching a white woman and giving her the customer service that should have been given to everyone no matter their skin color. I am disgusted not only as a customer but as a fellow makeup artist, how dare you as a company not vet your employees to ensure they are inclusive and not racist! I will be reaching out to corporate and your district manager
