The staff are pretty indifferent towards their customers. They do cater to tweens. There are a few staff members that are friendly, but they have unfortunately left. The core Sephora team there now should be retrained and need to go through diversity classes as well. In store experience is horrible and not worth it anymore. I’ll stick to Ulta.
