    The place is a rip off. I normally don’t do reviews but I felt so taken advantage of it’s ridiculous. They tell you it’s 35 for the needle piercing at the entrance. Little did we know not was per ear. The earrings are expensive, thought the price was for a pair, like every other store in the world, but no, $68 per earring. Then they sneak a $40 after care spray after all the charges. It cost us $600 to get our two six year olds ear pierced. It made a fun moment for us absolutely horrendous.

    Today my mom heart exploded as my soon to be six year old had the courage and confidence to get her ears pierced. We walked into Rowan and instantly felt welcomed. Melissa was an absolute dream. She was outgoing and light hearted. My daughter decided to go with a needle piercing, which went so smoothly. Grace was her nurse, and she was the sweetest throughout the whole process. I cannot begin to thank the team at Rowan enough for the amazing experience. My daughter is so proud of herself!

    Absolutely amazing staff at Rowan Ross Park! They were so helpful in taking my helix piercing out a few days ago and replacing it with a sports post for an MRI. When I returned to switch it back today they assisted me through the process of buying a new earring for my upper helix and utilizing the old earring for a new mid helix piercing! I absolutely love the new look they helped create!! Highly recommend!!!
