Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. This weekend, I stopped in to grab the bumblebee soap and met Cory the associate. He helped me find products that feel like a dream on my skin. He was super knowledgeable about the products and had passion for how amazing the company is. I feel like I made a friend. Hope to see Cory when I return for more products.

I took my 4-year-old here today (she is obsessed with spa things) for the first time. I was a little scared because there are so many things that look like toys but are fragile, and I was half-anticipating that we would get a lot of anxious side-eyes. The staff knelt down beside her, asked her what she liked, and helped her pick out some perfect bubble bars and bath bombs. I would honestly say it was the most welcoming experience we have encountered in a store. (Including the Build A Bear next door)
