  My absolutely favorite store. I’m from Jersey but now live in Cranberry Township and I have to say i have been to many Lush stores and even though it is small like some complain about. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here since I moved here a couple years ago. I tend to go about 5 times a year stock up until the next season or as yesterday an early birthday gift from my boyfriend. I see some talking about being treated unfairly thinking it’s because of skin color and I’m sorry to hear that but I can’t say that has ever been my experience there as a black woman, so I do hope it’s not true. But, thank you to all the people employees who always make me feel welcome at least every trip I make. But Saturday afternoons experience is what I came to talk about, the receipt says null and idk if that’s the girls name but to the awesome gothic babe with bat dangle earrings with the little black stone in the middle (yess, i forgot to tell you how much I loved those earrings) thank you SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME GET MY SCOOBY DOO MYSTERY MACHINE AND SCOOBY BOX‼️🫶🏾🩵💚💛💛🤍 I would come back each time just to be helped by her, thank for helping “someone on a mission” and my overall goofy happiness for Scooby . There was also a lady there who was mom, shoulder length blondish hair, also thank you to her as well for helping me and the conversation as well🩷🤍 IF YOU ARE STILL READING 😂 sorry I did get bathbombs, my daughters favorite bubble bath bar and I’m trying I never usually buy but like I said I got a lot of help today Sakura shower gel the mom employee helped with love the smell and she talked me into the banana small size one too🤍 both smell like heaven and banana in a good way. Light body wash smell but my skin feels great and not dry after and I’m very sensitive. I’ll update after I use the banana. Also using the avocado citrus smelling bathbomb my favorite to take a bath to wake up , as I’m doing now.

  The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable! The girl who cashed me out, I think she said her name was Colette, was really helpful when I was figuring out which products to buy. I’m only giving four stars instead of five because the store is tiny and when I first walked in, it was so crowded I couldn’t move around. I had to leave and come back when there weren’t as many people.
