    The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable! The girl who cashed me out, I think she said her name was Colette, was really helpful when I was figuring out which products to buy. I’m only giving four stars instead of five because the store is tiny and when I first walked in, it was so crowded I couldn’t move around. I had to leave and come back when there weren’t as many people.

    I wish I got their name, the sweet cashier with the bridge piercing, I got a scrubee and a rose jam body wash, you truly made the worst week of my life tolerable. Your kindness is refreshing and gave me the boost I needed. Thank you!!!

    I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I visited this location today and left feeling really disappointed. There were about six customers when I walked in—and I watched employees assist others—even going above and beyond for a few. After a while, the store cleared out and I was the only customer. I asked the three employees at the register for help choosing between which products smelled better, and all I got was silence and a snide comment about the testers I had already tried. No one offered to help or follow up, even though I was clearly still unsure and the store wasn’t busy. I was the only Black customer in the store, and the difference in how I was treated compared to others was incredibly hard to ignore. I still made a purchase, but wish I hadn’t given them the satisfaction. I left feeling really dismissed and unwelcome—by Eric especially. I will not be returning.
