The manager--who was never there both times I went in, and made an employee communicate with me because she was never there to actually communicate with me herself--refused to accept the items for return because they were "sample sized" (1.7 ounces, for which I paid $15 each). Instead, she said I could receive an exchange / store credit. I read carefully through the return / exchange policy on the website, and this seems to be at odds with L'Occitane's actual exchange policy. Frankly, the manager wasted an hour of my time, as I had to leave and then come back. This is absolutely horrible service, and I refuse to shop here again, especially given the prices they charge.
