  As a business owner my time is valuable. The girls working there are great. Can’t say enough good about this place. My wife got me hooked on the men’s shower gel and when I ran out Dana helped me even remembered my wife’s name as well as our 2 cats. It’s this type of service that makes me come back instead of buying online.

  I have never been in this establishment nor will I go in after hearing how a co-worker talked to a caregiver today. There was a an adult with mental challenges who wanted to go in the store and buy something for his mom. The manager gave him such a nasty look and then looked at her co-worker and actually sent her coworker out to talk to the caregiver to State He cannot be coming in there because it's hurting their conversion rate. Now mind you he was not doing anything but being a little bit loud with having i What seemed like Tourettes which is something he clearly couldn't help. When the caregiver tried to explain to the employee that she apologized and was trying to explain his mental illness and that they were getting ready to leave. The coworker looked at her and said well, That's not my problem. My problem is that he's hurting our conversion rate. I'm not saying that this isn't a frustrating thing in the community, but at the end of the day that is a adult who was actually going to buy money in there and had like I said would seem to be Tourettes as well as an OCD compulsive in trying to make a decision what he wanted to buy. The coldness of the coworker in general was very off-putting. I understand that this mall is a little bit of a step above Monroeville Mall, but you still need to treat people with respect and dignity. This was a very disappointing thing to see, especially overhearing. The manager and coworker talk about the adult with mental illness. It really hurts to see that people have a hard time accepting people that are different, especially somebody who has mental illness. Nobody asked for that. So it is your problem for working in the public and already signing on for being nothing more than retail.

  I went to this place before it was good. But today I went there I couldn't even look at anything without that sales lady talking to me and bothering me. I told her I would least like to see what all they had first .she said ok but I pick up a bottle and there she is nagging me again. I finally said forget you I can't even look around in here. I will just go to sephora my wife likes stuff from there too and loccitane can lose my business.

  Sandy was absolutely wonderful!! She walked me through all the products I was interested in and was so kind. Cannot say enough nice things about her. Any store would be blessed to have an associate like Sandy 🩷
