- BSBrook ShrewsburySep 24, 20231.0I understand that everyone has to start somewhere but the lack of experience my stylist had led to me having a terrible experience. She colored my roots, and placed my light colored ends directly against the wet dark color creating patches. She was not comfortable, and left me in the chair for long periods of time without explanation. She then unfortunately did very choppy layering and ruined any chance of me keeping the length in my hair, I will have to cut it short to fix what she did. I won’t mention her name in this review because she acknowledged what she did wrong and did not charge me, but I feel that this review is necessary and I hope management takes time to train these stylists correctly to avoid future incidents like this one.
