Unfortunately, the experience was far below any reasonable expectations for professionalism, hygiene, and customer service. During our visit, we were attended by an older gentleman (in his 70s or more) who did not appear to be in proper uniform or present himself professionally. Most concerning, however, was his behavior and conduct throughout the haircut session. Not only did he give my child a very poorly executed haircut — one of the worst we’ve ever received — but he was also rude, unprofessional, and made inappropriate remarks toward my child. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, showing no care for the comfort or well-being of a young customer. As a parent, I was shocked and extremely upset by how my child was treated. The entire experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address this situation with the staff member involved. It is important that all customers, especially children, are treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I also recommend that staff appearance, behavior, and customer interaction standards be reviewed to prevent similar incidents in the future.

ALL I ASKED FOR WERE LAYERS. they are EXTREMELY choppy and EXTREMELY uneven. my hair looks horrid from the back and is at an angle. It was clear he had no clue what he was doing and only looked at the reference for about a second with no questions asked. after around 30-40 minutes he asked the lady next to him how to cut layers. MIND YOU HE HAD ALREADY CUT MY HAIR. He did not let me see the back of my hair so i could say anything about it until i got home. this is horrible and he took way too much off of the back. please have your employees properly trained because i saw another horrible review of this same man but doing boys hair.

While I don’t like leaving negative reviews—especially when the employees were polite—I feel it’s important to share my experience. Based on the quality of the haircut, I personally wouldn’t recommend this location for a precise or professional cut.
