  Zach from Ross Park mall is absolutely wonderful. I was going to place an online order but he was able to take my order over the phone and ship from the store to me for free and assured my rewards points were added. He was very helpful and the personalized service cannot be matched. Thanks again Zach. I highly recommend calling the store for anything you are thinking about buying online.

  A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Maggie took care of us today and it was the best experience we have ever had at any Aveda store. She was so patient, fun, knowledgeable, and a joy to have in the store. She was passionate about the products and it truly showed. I dont know who will be reading this review, but if HQ or corporate Aveda happens to come across this, please commend her for for how great she is. A great sales associate like Maggie are very hard to come by.

  Not sure if the products I buy are the 'right' ones for my skin/hair, but I just like the way they smell. I call it 'designer earth' but I'm sure their marketing people have a description with a bit more punch. Perhaps 'haute earth'?
