- AHa hApr 5, 20261.0This was the first time I went into this Sephora and NEVER back in again due to the obnoxious cashier experience… tattooed girl with white hair and dark eye makeup was ringing me out. I told her specifically I wanted to make a return and then BUY my item (she took my returns and did the opposite) Like why are you deciding for me is what I didn’t understand, I just kept nice but she was clearly inpatient. Then she rung me up for a bag I said I didn’t want and just refused to void it. I started to ask my friend a question and she clicked the button off the checkout machine herself with so much hurry. Then says I’ll refund you the 10 cents for the bag…. WHYYY should an employee of yours that HATES HER LIFE must ruin my day??????? Quit your job if you hate it so much dealing with the general public.

I was at a section trying to figure out which pop goods I wanted to buy and was bothered by one of the employees five times constantly asking if I need help or if I needed anything. Every time I said no and every time they would come back and bother me. And then she started standing there watching me
