  Try to try on a foundation and continuously got pushed to different places as they say I don’t “belong to the area”. I said I’m in the middle and after I wrapped up my things I’ll go, one rude lady said “you shouldn’t be here at the beginning “. So rude, go out of the store with tears, will never come back.

  Manager was very rude. I went in to see if I can purchase bags for my daughter's party, the cashier said I could nad then the manager came out and said I could not. Her tone was giving rude and unprofessional. I am a frequent costumer at another location and should have left the store. They need to have customer service training.

  Avoid this store at all costs!! I was there on a Friday at 11am. I had to pick up something quickly as I was on my way to a meeting. I got in line- it was about 15 people- and there were only 2 people on the registers. About 10 other people were running around filling pick orders, and a few more were floating to help customers. At no point did they call for backup. Some stores have associates on the floor who can process small, card-only transactions. This will help with long lines, but they don’t have those either. I waiting in line for what felt like forever, since some of those at the cash wrap had returns, etc. They really need to figure out a better ratio of cashiers to customers.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora. I went in looking for a specific shade of concealer and asked an associate for help. She told me if the shade wasn’t on the shelf, it was sold out—and then just walked away. Out of curiosity, I checked the bottom drawer myself (where extra stock is usually kept), and within two minutes I found the exact shade I was looking for. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just basic help. It felt like the associate didn’t want to be bothered at all. Customer service like that really takes away from the experience.

  Don’t go there if you’re a man, or creepy gay salesmen might hit on you. I just went to buy some things for my skincare routine and was pestered by a salesman to sign up for their rewards program. He clearly didn’t care that I was visibly uncomfortable. He decided to keep going and then laughed at me when I said no. Shame bc this is easier for me than ordering something online but I guess I will be doing that from now on to avoid this experience again.
