Inconsistent availability, stylists changing all the time, managers changing all the time, and absurd prices makes me shift my business to smaller, locally owned places.

My hair was still slightly damp when I left, and the wash was lackluster. Luckily I had a 25% off coupon but even with that I still feel like I overpaid for what I got.
- ELErica LMar 20, 20261.0$47 for a "deluxe" blowout. I asked for a regular blowout, but I guess because my hair is past my shoulders they billed it as deluxe. My stylist didn't ask where I part my hair or what kind of blowout I wanted so my hair ended up looking nothing like how I normally wear it. Blow drys start at $31 on the website so I didn't think there would be a $16 mark up. I thankfully had a 25% off coupon, but still feel like I overpaid for how much I dislike my hair. The wash didn't even include all my hair because the underneath was still completely dry after.

It felt like they were more focused on chatting than paying attention to the actual haircut, and the job seemed rushed. I clearly mentioned that I wanted the hair length to be between the eye and eyebrow—not above the eyebrow—but that was not followed. Also, the cut lacks any clean line or proper finish; it looks uneven and randomly trimmed rather than professionally styled. A haircut is not about how much money is spent—it’s about the final look and care taken during the process. I expected more attention to detail and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not even close to that expectation.
