  Bella did not take time to separate my bangs in order to give me a proper cut! I requested curtains bangs and what i got was a two minute chop off of my long hair that I take care of so much. I paid and even left her a tip because I never defend myself when i am supposebto. Do not go here. They don't know what they are doing.

  Tried to call to book an appointment, got stonewalled by the stupid AI they have running the phones. If I wanted to speak with an AI I'd use chat gpt. Asked to speak with a live person it tells me the line was busy and repeated the same next avalible appointment slot which isn't what I called for. Every time I've tried using to book online, they never have my appointment in their systems. The times I've called before the AI was implemented, my hair appointment was phenomenal. Taylor does an amazing job with my ghost roots.

  After my long-time stylist at another salon left for parts unknown (don’t you hate when that happens?), I visited a different salon and got a terrible cut that could only be described as “she must have been too high to see straight.” It was not at all what I wanted and after a week, I knew I couldn’t live with its unevenness and choppy look. In desperation I went to my local Hair Cuttery (Cottman Ave, Northeast Philadelphia) and was lucky enough to be put into the talented hands of Lea. Lea is a star! I honestly didn’t think the cut could be fixed without it having to go very short, but she was able to give me exactly what I had been looking for in the first place. She is a perfectionist and took a TON of time to get things exactly right. I left very happy and Lea will definitely be my new regular stylist.

  My experience today with Bella, she was very nice and polite. She was very engaging with Bethann they were laughing and talking. She made Bethann feel very comfortable. Bethann disability was not a worry or concern, the way she treated Bethann is was as if Beth had no disability. We need people like Bella in the world. Thank you Bella! See you again soon.

  I'm very disappointed. What happened to me at this place was nothing less than a crime. I received the worst service ever. I have been coming to this hair cuttery for quite a few years now. All I went to get was a wash, cut and blow dry. The stylist didn't cut my hair like I requested. She burned my neck and didn't even care to apologize. All she said when I screamed was. Oh that must have been the brush. The truth is that she burned my neck with the hot hair dryer. Now I'm walking around with a burn on my neck and a hair cut that looks crazy. I usually don't leave reviews but this type of service is unacceptable. Unbelievable!
