  My husband and I had the most romantic private spa night here where he ended up proposing at the end. The views of the city when you get off the elevator and in the pool area are breathtaking. There were lots of beautiful roses and candles all over the place. The couples massage by the pool was very professional and relaxing. They guided us through a love/romantic stone (picture attached) ritual while we held hands and had tasty treats/refreshing drinks afterwards. We had fun being silly and taking pictures in the locker rooms. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the amenities (wish we had more time). It was exactly as advertised, we had the whole place to ourselves with a wonderful attendant who came and checked on us and took our proposal picture for us. 10/10 service and experience, can’t wait to come back for an anniversary or special occasion.

  Overall horrible experience with this spa, including incredibly unprofessional staff at the front desk and when one of the managers called about my experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

  What a wonderful way to ring in the new year! From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, warm, and professional. The spa itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made the experience feel more luxurious. We enjoyed a facial treatment that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But honestly, some of the best touches were the little details: the water is so tasty and toasting the new year with a glass of champagne made it feel special. If you're looking for a relaxing escape in Philadelphia, this is the place. We left feeling pampered and peaceful!

  Disappointing Birthday Experience I visited the Four Seasons Spa last year to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to return this year. Body scrubs are always my go-to service, and the scrub I received last year was exceptional. Unfortunately, this year’s visit was extremely underwhelming. The scrub service has apparently changed—rather than a proper shower afterward (which every scrub I’ve received at any spa has included), the service now ends with a wipe-down using a hotel towel. I also left feeling neither hydrated nor moisturized, and the service overall felt average. Additionally, I was unaware that birthday touches such as the balloon and chocolates are only provided if you book the “birthday package.” That package has never appealed to me, as it includes a massage, which I don’t receive. I did share my disappointment with John and hope this feedback is relayed so that future guests celebrating special occasions receive thoughtful touches regardless of which service they book. I came back specifically because of the incredible experience I had last year, and I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. While the views at the Four Seasons are unmatched, I’ll be looking elsewhere to celebrate future birthdays.
