He raised his voice at me, startling and disrespecting me. He grabbed the products out of my hands and forcefully placed them back on the shelf. Standing right next to me, he angrily rearranged the items, clearly expressing irritation. His tone, facial expression, and body language were intimidating, making me feel threatened instead of assisted. This was not a simple misunderstanding — his aggression was intentional, visible, and completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a disturbing and unacceptable experience that must be handled urgently.
