I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Ki during my visit to Sephora, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment I walked in, Ki was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and informative, truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. What stood out the most was the positive energy and genuine personality. Even though my day hadn’t started off so well, Ki completely turned it around with the kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone in retail who makes you feel seen, valued, and excited to come back but Ki did exactly that. Ki is a hidden gem in such a competitive industry, and I truly hope Sephora recognizes the talent and potential of the valuable team member they have.
