  I just left here and I had the most awesome experience with a employee named Shawna We sat there for about 20 minutes, talking about my face exfoliating things that I need things that I didn’t need she made me feel so comfortable and coming back. I just wanna say if you’re going to go to any Sephora in Philly, you need to go to the one on market Street. Starr

  Sophia was very kind and helpful especially as a beginner and in store can be very overwhelming but she was very sweet and informative. I never write comments but Its years since I found the right colors for me and it took her one try and the samples were very helpful. I struggle with learning but she made me feel beautiful. This location is always a pleasure, very clean, very inviting. Everything was cleaned everything before touching my face especially since I already have acne. I will be back for Sophia and shop again thank yo u guys

  On 2/5 I came to Sephora to learn more about how to do my own makeup and to hopefully get products that work best for my skin tone and texture. Kei Mante and Danielle were so warm and kind during my time at the store. Kei Mante helped me find a day cream to help hydrate my face with working long hours as a nurse. And Danielle was so patient with helping me learn which makeup shades and products worked best for my skin tone. As well as how to apply them. Both went above and beyond to send me an email with the products they recommended. It was a 10/10 experience, thank you guys.

  My sister and I scheduled an appointment to get our makeup done. They were very accommodating. My MUA was Brandi. She did an exceptional job. I received compliments the entire night. She was professional and friendly. She understood my needs and walk me through the process of what she was doing. Brandi also mentioned products that would be great for my skin which worked out because I was looking for products prior to going in yo add to my routine so that worked out. I enjoyed our conversation and definitely would go back to work! Thanks for making me feel beautiful.

  I had a beauty appointment yesterday with Amy. I was unhappy with my skin and wanted a different look. Amy not only is friendly, but she has a real gift of understanding the products and what works. She worked with me and in the end it was exactly what I was looking for.
