This review is not for hair services, but for the people who work here. Such a lovely group of people! I photographed headshots and group shots for this salon, and everybody was just so sweet and kind. At one point during group shots I instructed them to stand next to their work bestie, and someone said "we're all besties". It really showed in the photos.

Katie is an absolute QUEEN. She listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. She's super personable, easy to talk to, transparent, talks you through her process, and recommends the perfect products to keep your hair looking like you just walked out of the salon every single day.

Did a quick FaceTime consult with Kate, the owner, to check in about direction for a new style then came in for a great cut from her the next day. She’s also a traveling educator and seemed really focused on supporting the goals and profesh development of her team of stylists and apprentices, which I love :) this will be my new home salon

So disappointed in this place. They sacrificed a potential long-term client to scam me on pricing. I had nine foils and a tiny bit of brown put up front, literally not even a partial highlight and color, and charged me $320. I pay $275 for a full anywhere else (and probably here). They added on things I didn't even approve. I didn't have them dry it so I don't know if the cut and color are decent but it doesn't matter because it was clear they're not the type of salon that would fix their work if it's not so hopefully the color they quoted me $140 on and charged me $320 looks ok because customer service is not their thing. As a business owner myself, I would have honored the price quoted. It's how a business handles a mistake that matters and believe me, this one could not have cared less.

Super disappointed. I just moved here and asked for a smaller, less expensive small color touch up and they charged me for four services after I canceled the first service over price. Not only did they charge me $300 for a tiny touch up of brown in the front and 9 foils. I liked the stylist and would have been a regular but leaving with what I was quoted at $180 and at $318 is absurd. I pay $300 or a full color and haircut anywhere else. This was a tiny front touch up. Do not recommend.
