So I went back the next day to get a new one because it appeared used up. The sales associate, using his hand for a scale, decided the weight was correct and would not replace this 19.00 product with proof of receipt including date purchased. So I still really don’t know if I had a used tube but I do know I had poor customer service so that’s it for this brand.
