My roots are fading badly. So that means since my hair was almost virgin that whatever color was mixed for the ends was not the right tone. Usually the ends fade not the roots when i say ends I mean about a good 6 inches is much darker than the 4 inches from the root. Fyi im not all gray or blonde. The cut is not good as well asked for simple layers and face frame. I do not like to leave bad reviews but this is called for. Took a friend they wanted a simple balayage style. The stylist must be new. Which is fine we all have to start somewhere. Maybe do not take the balayage client that needs a lightner and a high intensity color. They had to ask someone how to mix the color and then ask the manager to assist with a cut or should I say cut period because they could not. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. Will not be using any hair cuttery again. This is the second or third time with bad results. I have never made a big deal about it or left a bad review. I should have listened to my friend and went to a different salon. 😕 Not to mention neither one of us had the color completely washed out of our hair and the water was cold. They did not even ask is the temperature okay? I can see a cold splash at the end but come on. I can not say enough bad things about this place in general. I frequent 2 different locations and both are not good. The manager was not helpful either. This will be the last time.
