But at this location, I feel like the stylists don't even know what they're doing. I am someone with 4c hair and wanted a silk press done. Not only were they not able to do it, they had me know that reducing the price, which was still overpriced, with whatever they had done in my hair should work. I agreed only because I had a party to attend and I was running late, it was then that I decided I'd never get my hair done at this location on Grant Ave again. But my boyfriend usually gets his edges straightened up there, and today they did the most horrible job at doing his hair. This is not them not knowing how to do a man's hair cut, this is just straight up lack of consideration, professionalism, and skills. I am so disappointed, this is the last time I'll ever book an appointment for him there. One star is way much more than the stylist who did his hair deserves.
