I felt rushed. My appt was for 6pm so I got there 10 mins early, had a code for 50% off and they acted like they didn’t want to honor it because it was a weekend (mind u, hair cuttery is the one who set up the appt via txt with the code). The hairdresser smelled like an Italian hoagie and was congested and kept coughing. My hair was washed in less than 3 mins and I was home by 6:33. I do like the cut but by the time I got to my car right outside they were locking the door. I got a signature cut and blow out and she said well it just says a cut. Ummm ok but I want a blowout too. Then they charged me $13 extra because my hair was below my shoulders. Very disappointed. As much as I have gone there I have NEVER been charged extra. The whole experience was horrible. Not to mention when I sat down there was hair from a previous client.

Horrible! Made an appointment and when I got there they said I wasn’t on the computer system. Had to call another hair Cuttery because they had no one to do my hair

First time that I come to this location and it was a great experience. The stylist was Maia. She was very nice and polite, friendly and did exactly what I had asked for. She took care of me and my daughter. We were both pleased with her service. I will be recommending her to anyone who asks me who did my hair. And I will be coming back.

The hair cuttery used to be the place to go, especially when you're low on money. They were great! The prices now are just obscene! I'd rather have a lab rat chew my hair off. You might have some good hair cutters but not for that price.
