I asked for face-framing layers and left with multiple different lengths throughout my hair that are uneven on both sides, along with unintended bangs. I didn’t notice at the salon because my hair was styled. Once I got home, I realized some pieces were curled while others were left straight, which made the unevenness more noticeable. As for the “bangs,” one side reaches my nose while the other goes down to my lip. For a simple wash and blow-dry, this salon may be fine, but I wouldn’t book any cutting services again if I do return.
