  Horrible horrible experience. Let me start out by saying I have been a loyal customer to body restoration and have recommended it to many people. However, I just booked a birthday massage almost 2 months ago only to show up on the day to a cold bed when I asked her if we could turn the heater on she said yes it’s going to get warm but you’re the first client of the day. That’s unacceptable. I was there 20 minutes before my appointment. Why was the bed not getting warmed up that entire time… just because you’re the first client of the day doesn’t mean that you should have a worse off experience than the next clients later that day. Then she proceeded to start massaging me with these terrible plastic gloves. When I said, why is she wearing gloves? She said she has eczema and that it’s very normal to wear gloves during a massage. Let me tell you, I have had probably close to 100 massages in my lifetime and that is the first time I’ve experienced that and it does not feel good at all. Luxury experience?? Far from it!!! They just lost me as a customer and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again! The fact that they didn’t even warn you when you booked an appointment that this provider specifically wears gloves. What a horrible experience and a horrible way to start my birthday morning.

  Very nice massage. Place is very nice, clean and pricing good. The only thing I’d recommend is that there is one more bathroom for guests to use.

  Very attentive front desk person. Loved the water and snacks while waiting. Ala explained why my skin was having issues and talked about a plan. I felt great afterwards!

  My facial by McKenna was outstanding! She was so personable and warm, making me feel comfortable immediately. She asked questions to make sure she knew anything going on with my skin, but was happy to use her expertise when I couldn’t give many specifics. The facility is beautiful, and everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my quarterly facials!
