- AAAnneDec 24, 20251.0I went here about a month ago for a wash and press. It took me about 45 minutes after my scheduled time for them to even begin washing my hair. They left me under the dryer for almost an hour because they had double booked. When they rinsed my hair she scraped so hard that I later found cuts on my scalp. They used so much heat on my hair which i previously asked them not to. I’m talking 5ish passes for one section. I wasn’t too upset with the results until i went home to find welts all around my hairline from being burnt. They turned into scabs which came off taking hair with them. PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A SALONG THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR HAIR HEALTH AND YOUR TIME!

I have consistently been styled by Cherrise and her work ethic is commendable. She doesn't do my hair with out catering to and understanding what's going on with my hair. I came to Cherrise with damaged hair and she help nurture and grow my length. I often take risks with my hair because I know I have someone that can help me care for it regardless of what state my hair is in In addition to her hair care I think its important to be careful whom is over your head and I am able to sit comfortably in Cherrise's chair receiving her wisdom and trusting that my hair is in good hands.
