- KBKassidy BuckMar 30, 20262.0I did the online check in a waited over 40 minutes, half in my car and other half in store and once it was my turn I told the lady that I wanted a shampoo and trim. She then told me that due to the long list of people waiting on the online check in that she would not be able to give me a shampoo as it takes too much time. At first I told her it was okay but if she did not have enough time to shampoo my hair I figured she was going to rush through my hair cut as well and ended up walking out. The only reason this isn’t a one star is because the last time I went, the lady was amazing that cut my hair. What a waste of my time.

Kim gave me my last haircut and she was absolutely amazing as well. Very nice and friendly. Paid attention to every detail and didn’t rush. Maria is very good. She has cut my hair and it’s always been great. I’ll be a customer forever as long as those three are there.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
