Had to tell her multiple times what to do while cutting. Uneven, took about an hour for a simple haircut, like she was afraid to cut my hair. Other stylist had to come fix the damage. Hair was left too long, and I left with very wet hair. She did not blowdry, nor give me a receipt. I contacted customer service, as just about all of these reviews post to do. I did not hear back from them, nor do I expect them to do anything. How did they hire such an incompetent person? Very disappointed.

Today, there was some infighting between employees and every employee was too distracted talking about it instead of focusing on the customers. My hair is messed up. There’s a chunk of it that wasn’t blended (which I couldn’t see until I got home and showered) she kept smacking me with her comb cause she was too distracted with the gossip. Ridiculous. I still tipped for some reason. Won’t be letting her cut my hair again. Black hair, piercings and tattoos (the stylist) don’t remember her name idk if she even said it.

The other employee was on a call in the back of the store for a long time and Kylie even told her several people are waiting and she still didn’t come out - she just announced to everyone that she was on an important call. It was awhile before she finally came out and took a customer back who was getting upset. Kylie was polite about it the entire time and did a great job addressing exactly what I asked for. She was basically working alone and deserves a raise or promotion. I hope the corporate office sees this as she was very patient!!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
