The stylist couldn't "find" a blond in the book that matches my hair color and then proceeded to tell me that the single process color only included just the roots. I left as I didn't feel comfortable having her doing my hair and she didn't even bother to apologize or try to get me to stay. I have had my hair colored professionally and this is the first time a stylist had to match my hair color up to a book. I will never go there again.
