She wasn’t with any other client but was never informed by the person who checked us in that we were there and waiting. Would have left but my 4 year old would have been disappointed. Got home and dried her hair only to find out parts of it were completely uneven. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Will not return!!

She is responsible, a great hair stylist, and excellent at customer service, scheduling, and managing customer expectations. She exceeds my expectations! I would also not hesitate to schedule an appointment with anyone else on their staff because I have never received a bad hair style or services here. The entire staff is talented. There is no reason to go elsewhere, or let anyone tell you that they are “just a chain”. Unique holiday decorations throughout the year. Happy Holidays Everyone!
