They told me to just come in, never mentioned that I could book my spot on line. We end up waiting for 40 minutes. As soon as we got there one of the hairdressers could not spell his name (Matthew) end up putting him in as Matt B., where our last name starts with K. A lot of confusion therefore. I explained how we want his hair done. Very easy: just short in the back and on the sides and longer on the top. She took everything off and now my 10 year old doesn't want to go to school on Tuesday since he is embarrassed and thinks that everyone would laugh at him. I think she did it purposely. She was very rough as she was cutting his hair, he said it hurt. Stay away from skinny blond in her fifties. She said her daughter got engaged yesterday and now she had to get a lot of beer. I think she was actually drunk. Horrible experience.
