The energy was off from the moment I walked in; instead of being greeted or acknowledged, I felt like I was bothering her just by being there. It’s hard to relax and trust someone with your hair when you feel uncomfortable or talked to with attitude. A salon should feel inviting, and this one just didn’t. I hope they work on better customer service and professionalism in the future. I will not be returning.
